I currently find myself stressing out on a variety of things. Its very difficult to stay on pace and submit college application. I find it challenging to keep up with everything. Thankfully I have the ability to make up time for everything. Knowing this benefits me for my future it motivates me to not give up no matter the challenge.
Besides all of that, my senior year is full of new experiences. I feel more involved at school and in the community. I have also join enough clubs to keep me busy. I enjoy staying busy, and helping my community become better each day.
Since it is my senior year I thought it would be a great idea to join clubs that will help me grow as a person. In order to do that i have join many clubs. For example, i joined FBLA, Drama Club. Art Club, Spanish Honors Society, and I'm also in ASB. Each club will benefit me in diffrent way. For example, FBLA will give me the enough experience for future request in the business field. I do look forward in majoring in accounting, therefor I know it will help me in many ways. When it comes to public speaking I am not the best, so I thought drama club will help me become better with public speaking. ASB keeps you involved and updated on everything.
My senior project has been a great challenge. It's hard to put everything on the website. I'm not so good working with computers. But other then that I feel like my project is helping me find myself. It also helps me reflect on my past years in high school.
This year i had a major plot twist. i was currently taking physics, but didn't enjoy it. i felt that i was taking it because it was going to look good on my college application. But throughout my high school years i've learned to do what you feel comfortable doing and not what others think is right. That is why I choose to get out of physics. My counselor mention that I needed college credit. My last recourse was accounting. I was not very happy, i didn't imagine myself taking accounting. I ended up liking my accounting class. I now want to major in accounting. I find it interesting and challenging, which is great.
Hopefully i'm able to finish the semester on pace for 7/7 classes. Im currently on pace for 5/7 classes, which is not so good my I have enough time to catch up. I'm looking forward to graduating with honors, in order to do that my GPA has to be 3.5 Or higher. Therefor i don't look at it as an option I see it as a need.
I have submit f of my applications for CSUs. I applied to San Marcos, San Francisco, Fresno State, and Chico state. I feel confident and not nervous at all. I'm excited to see what's to come and to see what my future is gonna be about.
